Yummy Coleslaw

If you find yourself with too much cabbage in your life, make some coleslaw! It’s not too heavy and relatively healthy, depending on what salad dressing you use. I tried making the coleslaw with a couple of different salad dressings, and Ceasar was my favorite. What is your favorite? leave a comment below!

Ingredients

  • 16 oz shredded cabbage
  • about 5 tbsp ranch dressing
  • about 5 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Ceasar dressing
  • 3 tbsp canola oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp poppy seeds

Method

Step 1

Put the cabbage in a bowl and set aside.

Step 2

In a 4 cup measuring cup, put the ranch dressing and mayo at the bottom. Then pour in the Ceasar dressing until it reaches the 2/3 of a cup mark. Then add the rest of the ingredients and whisk until fully blended. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary

Step 3

Let it chill in the fridge for 2 hours before serving
